Oh look, it's a fanart on my gallery it'sgoingtorain

I've been replaying Fire emblem 5 these days to refresh my memories from this game... and I must say that I like this Fire emblem, I think it's quite underrated which is sad :T but that's just my opinion. Yeah, sometimes the game is incredible unfair (like... some enemies can hit you having only 1% of hit rate >_>... and healers can miss when they use a staff >_____> is bullshit, but is also funny when the enemies miss xD and those characters who magically lose their stars of leadership when they join to your group right Cyas? >___>... and how you recruit Xavier... etc) but those little details makes the game more challenging and provokes you to keep going. The story is also interesting and is really nice to see how your group starts as useless weaklings (except a couple of characters, which are useful from the start) to a group of killing machines (taking away the trash and replacing them with awesome character ;D)
Leaving the babbling aside, I decided to make a drawing of some of the characters from this game that I always (or almost always) have in my team. From left to right:
- Dean (Dragon Knight) : There is a very small group of promoted characters that I use in the FE games. Dean is one of those few characters. He's easily the best flying unit in the game (when you get him you can say goodbye forever to Karin xD) and having his personal weapon equipped, he's able to catch almost any enemy.
- Shiva (Sword fighter) : Maybe Shiva has the less amazing sword skill of the three (sun sword), but he activates it quite often and if you add the fact that he's always doing critical attacks, he can resist many enemies~ He's also very independent from the start so you don't need that much effort to train him. I also like the fact that he looks cold but he's quite nice (or maybe he's just nice with Saphy? xD)
- Fin (Lance knight) : I personally think Fin wasn't that amazing in FE4 (I mean, he was decent on the first generation, but in the second is totally overshadowed... also, I don't like his class) but in FE5 it's a whole different story. You can use him from the start and he also has his own personal weapon, which is amazing. He can make things easier by capturing enemies piercing them all with his Hero Lance >8D
- Othin (Axe fighter) : What? You haven't played FE5 but each time you search for information you see comments about how absolutely awesome Othin is? Well, it's true xD He's just one of the best, totally OP with his personal weapon: the Pugi axe (which he has from the start and has range 1~2!) and even he know how OP he is xD (because he says "Ha, that was easy!" when he exits a battle even if it was hard as hell lol)
- Homero (Bard) : This flamboyant womanizer starts only in level 5, but it's really easy to train thanks to his skill (Elite). Really worth the little time you put into training him.

Other killing machines in my team would be Roberto and Carrion.
It's just a coincidence that all of them are dudes. There are some useful ladies in this game (like Saphy, Tina and Lara) and also some strong warriors (like Sara, Linoan and Mareeta) but they all are quite fragile compared to the guys and that's why I don't dare to throw them in the front line to kill a whole army of enemies as I do with Othin or Shiva xD I just wanted to clarify that because I feel bad for leaving them aside xD
